The second-half of the program is particularly exciting, culminating in a high-end laser light demonstration. This demonstration will be full of graphics and words written by a single beam of laser light in many different colors. This is not to be confused with other "laser light show companies" as this is an educational experience, not just a demonstration of a large laser.
In the day-long workshop format, small groups of students will be rotated from station to station to view holograms, displays of reflection and refraction, and many other showcases of the practical applications of light. We certainly recommend this all-day format as it allows students to dive into some concepts only briefly touched on in the already packed 45-minute show.
The Amazing World of Light program is educational, entertaining, and will introduce students to the sciences as a fascinating and meaningful curriculum. The 45-minute presentations are tailored for each age group (K-6) and will provide appropriate academic content. |
