Illinois School Assemblies - September Special Now Available!

Written by Geoff Beauchamp | Fri, Aug 19, 2011

Psst! Want to make $100?

September is right around the corner and with it comes the start of the school year for most schools in Illinois. Alas, summer is almost over! Still, the question arises “How to stimulate the students right out of the box and get them back into the learning mode when most (I know... “not MY kids!”) don’t want to be back in school at all?”

Well how about an exciting and totally awesome school show, and at a great price?

Schools in Chicago, the suburbs of Chicago and basically anywhere in North East Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and North West Indiana now have an opportunity to schedule a day of Young Authors Day, our super cool creative writing day for $100 off the regular price. Normally, $695 for the day we are offering remaining September dates for just $595 as a special incentive. It is a great deal on a truly great program.

In Young Authors Day students first enjoy a hilarious 45 minute program in which the performer demonstrates how we can tell stories in performance through classical mime. They then return to their rooms armed with a simple rubric and set to work writing their own stories. In the afternoon we perform the stories they wrote that morning and you should hear the reaction from the kids when they learn their story is to be performed! The inspiration to write lasts for weeks after the day is done.

So take us up on this offer, but call soon. The remaining dates will not be available forever.
