Can't talk long today! We are really busy getting ready for next week and everyone is super excited!

What is next week?” you ask?

Have you been under a rock?

Next week is the annual Performers for Young Audiences Showcase at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie, Illinois on the North side of Chicago. It takes place on Wednesday, August 28 from 8:30 AM until 4 PM.

If you are a principal or a teacher or a parent involved with the PTO at your child's school, you owe it to yourself to attend. If you are seeking ideas for great school assemblies and school shows for this year, you should be there. If you are at all interested in the quality and variety of school shows and assemblies available to schools in and around Chicago, including Southern Wisconsin, Western Michigan and Northern Indiana, by golly you have got to be there!

Roughly a hundred performers and performer representatives will be there to meet you and discuss what they can do for you. There are Science Assemblies and STEM programs. There are costumed actors and History Assemblies. There are anti bullying Assemblies. There are portable planetariums and there is The Earth Dome (aka The Earth Balloon). There are live animal shows and Character Counts programs and Classical Mimes. And then there is Mobile Ed Productions where you can get  all of these things under one roof! Of course, there are lots of other great artists there as well. Ventriloquists, jugglers, magicians, clowns and rope twirlers are all present. There are dancers and muscicians, too! You can get ideas, compare prices and even see many of the performers onstage in short excerpts of their shows. Best of all, you can stop by our booth and visit with us! Come see all the performers, but make sure to stop by and see us, because, after all, with the quality and variety of programs offered by Mobile Ed, and with our competitive pricing, you really don't need to visit anyone else. (heh, heh, heh)

So come and see us next week! We will have some performers there to talk to you, as well as free assembly giveaways, and some special pricing deals available only to attendees! Stop by!

But if we miss you at Skokie, don't fret. We will also be attending the second big showcase event in Chicagoland, the Premier Showcase that takes place in the Western suburbs on September 10. Either way you can say "hi" and take advantage of some great deals. But remember, by the time the showcase rolls around in September a lot of our remaining open dates will be filled. Better get to Skokie to be sure! We will see you there!
