1. Fill Out Our Interest Form
If you’re interested in booking one of our assemblies or simply want to learn more about our programs, please fill out the interest form on our website. Your information will be sent to the Regional Program Manager (RPM) for your area, who will contact you directly about pricing and availability. Since our pricing varies depending on location, program format, and number of sessions, our RPMs are equipped to give you the most accurate price quote for your needs.
2. Choose a Program and Select Your Date
Decide what type of assembly would best suit your students. If you’re in the market for a STEM experience, you might consider our hands-on traveling STEAM Museum. Or maybe a bullying-prevention program like the Quest for Kindness to help unify students and stop bullying before it starts. Since each program is part of a separate tour that visits different areas at different times, our availability can fluctuate. Your RPM can help match your desired dates with our presenters’ schedules. Due to high demand, the earlier you can reserve, the better! This gives your RPM more time to coordinate a tour to accommodate your preferred booking, especially if you’re located in a rural area or want to book a sought-after holiday date.
3. Sign Your Contract and Complete Payment
Upon providing all necessary contact information for your RPM, a contract will be generated and emailed to you. Review the information and make sure it looks good before signing and returning the document. Next, complete payment to lock in your program! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and checks. Once payment has been submitted, our Client Success Coordinator will contact you or your school to confirm everything is set prior to your program.
4. Enjoy & Share Your Feedback
Our performer will travel to your school and present a program for your students. Sit back and watch as they are inspired, engaged, and entertained. After the assembly, please share your feedback by filling out a quick Report Card to let us know how we did!
