If you’re in the market for a school program but weren’t sure where to begin, here’s a step-by-step guide to planning next year’s assembly.

1. Browse Our List of School Assemblies
It’s never too early to start planning next year’s events! After all, the earlier you plan your assembly, the more likely you are to secure relevant programs on sought-after dates, such as our Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. assembly on MLK Day or the Earth Dome on Earth Day. Whether you’d like to kick off the back-to-school season with a STEM experience that gets students excited to get back to learning or an anti-bullying adventure to unite students and start them off on the right foot, Mobile Ed has an assembly for your needs. 2. Complete Our Interest Form
After you decide what type of assembly would best suit your students in the coming school year, fill out our interest form to receive more information. You’ll be contacted directly by the Regional Program Manager (RPM) for your area, who will provide additional information, including pricing and availability. Since our pricing varies by location, program format, and number of sessions, our Regional Program Managers can provide you with the most accurate quote for your school and help match your desired dates with our busy calendars. To ensure your date is locked in, the sooner you reserve, the better!
3. Book Your Program with Your RPM
Once you’ve chosen a program, your RPM will help guide you through the booking process. After providing all necessary contact information, your RPM will generate a contract and email it to you. Review the information in the document to ensure it is correct before signing and returning it. Next, lock in next year’s program by submitting payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or a check. Before your program, our Client Success Coordinator will contact you or your school to confirm everything is set and ready to go!
Now that you’ve locked in the date for next year’s assembly, all you need to do is kick back and wait! Our performer will arrive at your school on the date you reserved to present the program for your students, ushering in the new school year with a fun and engaging educational experience. After the assembly, don’t forget to let us know how we did by submitting a quick Report Card to share your feedback!
