Well, it is February 29, a day that only comes around every four years! Today, traditionally, women can propose marriage to men! This is a custom that may trace back to England and Scotland in the 13th Century. Originally, women planning to take advantage of the day would wear breeches on this day, but later, Victorian mores altered this to a scarlet petticoat! Either way, gentlemen beware today!

On another note, today we have completed our schedules for the coming year and, as of tomorrow we will begin scheduling. Of course, schools that our already on one of our waiting lists will be contacted first, but if you already have your school assembly ideas in order and know what you will want, now is the time to call! The window, starting tomorrow, is wide open. And, as we all know, the best dates will go quickly!
